This lovely homestead is located in the heart of horse country, in Greenville, DE. The family wanted to create a relaxing, spacious and welcoming retreat for their grown children and grandchildren to look forward to memorable visits.

The centerpiece of their vision was a pool for the grandchildren to enjoy on summer days. They wanted to create a custom pool that visually integrated with the landscape design, which posed quite the design challenge to incorporate a custom pool into the sloping terrain. The design solution is a beautifully terraced expansive patio and decking, that feels natural and serene.
